Fear, anxiety, and anger all live outside of the present moment. When we live outside of the present moment, we are not living in peace, nor can we manifest it.

When you are dealing with one or more of the unsettling emotions, think about what you are thinking about and promptly reach for a new thought. Purposefully and deliberately bring your mind back to the present moment and soon you will find your unsettling feelings dissipating. 

Just for today, think in the NOW!
