"Peace of mind is not a goal I need achieve. It's a place inside I never want to leave. Close my eyes, I still my thoughts and then I say I will choose to live in peace today." ~ Robert Alan
It has been said that taking a few deep breaths not only lowers your heart rate but also your brain waves creating inner calm.

Want Inner Peace? Take a Breath...
Transcending Fear
“I have learned over the years that when one's mind is made up, this diminishes fear; knowing what must be done does away with fear.” ~ Rosa Parks
When you STOP, TAKE A BREATH, and ASK yourself the BE/DO/HAVE questions, and really sit with the questions until the answers appear, fear will cease to have a grip on you.
Who are you?
What do you want?
What are you here to do?
Journal these questions every week until you are ready to receive the answers. Then watch fear dissipate from your day-to-day living.
“Bless those who remind you of your unfinished business.”
When there is conflict and strife in your life, instead of pointing fingers at others, STOP, TAKE A BREATH, and ASK:
“What is my part in this?”
“Why is this conflict showing up for me at this time?”
“What is my next inspired action in this?”
Answer: Bless and thank those who showed you what you need to work on and go work on it!
Do you want peace or do you want to be right?
Choose peace, it’s simpler!
